2290 SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - FUNCTION & SOFTWARE DEFINED VEHICLES (35491)

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalente;
Strong experience in a project management position (agile and waterfall). Good skills in leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management;
Experience in embedded systems (software and hardware) development;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Automotive knowledge – understanding how different systems in a truck/car interact and work together;
International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization;
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, DVP and requirement tools;
PMP Certification;
A solid technical foundation in software development in general and hardware (electronics);
Experience in supplier management is beneficial.

Activities:
Manage Projects in Curitiba/Global FSDV's portfolio;
Work closely with engineers in different streams to provide a complete solution and consolidated view from FSDV. You will need to communicate at different levels within the organization;
Secure clear scope and requirements and manage balancing activities if needed. To do this, you need to have a good understanding of the business value and project drivers;
Be able to work in both waterfall and agile environments;
Define and communicate time plans, milestones, and integration points;
Manage breakdowns and refinements with impacted streams;
Support/manage quality investigations in the department;
With help from stream portfolio manager, manage and govern the project cost;
Ensure that deliveries and releases are performed in line with agreed plans, quality, and cost targets;
Present project status in FSDV in different governance forums;
Manage risks and deviations.
