2254 SENIOR THERMAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER (34291)

Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic engineering (or related field);
Fluency in both written and spoken English;
Strong knowledge of thermal systems engineering and system architecture;
Experience with automotive thermal systems engineering and system architecture;
Experience with requirements management, system integration, and verification activities;
Experience leading cross-functional engineering activities and technical decision-making;
Experience in Automotive Industry;
Experience in 3D CAD knowledge, preferable PTC-Creo;
Experience working in an Agile Environment (SAFe);
Commercial driver's license (C/D/E category) - Would be a differential.

Activities:
Define and develop thermal system architectures, concepts, and technical solutions aligned with product requirements and strategic roadmaps;
Lead concept investigations, feasibility studies, and evaluation of alternative system solutions, providing recommendations based on technical, functional, and business criteria;
Develop and maintain system, product, and functional requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the development process;
Support product managers in translating capability needs into features, enablers, and technical requirements;
Coordinate system integration activities and support component selection to ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and design targets;
Define and execute system verification and validation strategies, including recommending suitable verification methods and analyzing test results;
Lead technical reviews, develop technical reports, and maintain system technical documentation;
Perform impact assessments for new requirements and engineering changes, considering both functional and physical system domains;
Manage development plans, coordinate deliverables from multiple stakeholders, and drive activities to meet project milestones and release readiness criteria;
Ensure system quality, technical maturity, and compliance with functional and non-functional requirements before release.
