Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Good understanding of the Volvo business and the dealer/workshop network in the region;
• Experience working with web-based platforms, user administration systems, or digital services;
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
• Structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously;
• Experience in cross-functional teams and comfort working across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and/or cTDI is a strong advantage.
Activities:
• Managing user administration across Trucks Portal, Baldo, MIRA, and cTDI — including creating, updating, and removing user profiles and access rights;
• Appointing, training, and supporting User Administrators at dealers and workshops throughout the region;
• Coordinating with the Central Portal Owner (CPO) on User Administrator profiles, change requests, and system updates;
• Supporting the application process by requesting or confirming the opening of new applications in Trucks Portal in cooperation with regional business owners;
• Promoting the usage of Trucks Portal, Portal Editor, and connected services across the Market Company, dealer, and workshop network;
• Creating and prioritizing Change Requests for platform improvements in cooperation with the CPO;
• Monitoring support cases and driving initiatives to reduce their volume through process improvement.
