2122 SERVICES PORTFOLIO ANALYST - UPTIME CENTER (32211)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.;
• Experience in subscription management, digital services, or portfolio/contract management roles;
• Knowledge of connected services and telematics platforms (Volvo Connect or similar) is a strong advantage;
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting and analytics tools;
• Familiarity with financial reconciliation, invoicing, and commercial KPI management;
• Lean or continuous improvement mindset;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong advantage;
• Availability to travel across Latin America.
Activities:
• Operations ownership — coordinate CIV Advisors and Connect support specialists, ensuring process adherence and team continuity;
• Invoicing & revenue control — oversee billing accuracy, activation records, and financial control of digital service subscriptions;
• Contract & activation management — ensure efficient onboarding and full lifecycle tracking of subscriber contracts;
• Retention & renewal — proactively engage customers before contract expiration to reduce avoidable churn;
• Usage monitoring & engagement — manage trial conversions, usage follow-ups, and post-expiration outreach to strengthen perceived value;
• KPIs & governance — maintain portfolio visibility through Power BI dashboards and structured commercial reporting;
• Dealer network support — provide tools, processes, and guidance to increase digital services adoption at dealerships.
