1807 Q&E PROCESS EXCELLENCE SENIOR ANALYST (23811)
Requirements:
• Master of science or equivalent in a relevant field (Business adm, Engineering);
• Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written;
• A successful record as internal lead auditor, IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/14001;
• Expert knowledge and experience of relevant standards and requirements;
• Experience from driving change management initiatives and working with continuous improvement;
• Experience from driving projects in a multi-cultural / cross-functional environment;
• Experience in coaching.
Activities:
• Perform process assessments and analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations;
• Ensure the GTT management system meets the ISO requirements on quality and environment (ISO 9001 &ISO 14001);
• Act as Cybersecurity Management System auditor towards ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155;
• Act as lead auditor for GTT, aligning business needs and establishing a strong connection between audit criteria and the company strategies, potential risks / opportunities, and performance indicators;
• Globally auditing GTT processes and selected processes cross Volvo Group;
• Catalyze and facilitate process improvements in dialogue and close co-operation with concerned Process Managers/Owners, Line Managers and other stakeholders;
• Contribute to develop Business & Operational Services as a high performing team, sharing your experience and utilizing best practices;
• On-site support in Curitiba with an understanding of the local interface to the global management system.
