1574 SENIOR FEATURE LEADER-DRIVING PERFORMANCE (19042)

Requirements:
• Master of Science in Mechanic/Mechatronic/Eletrical/Eletronics Engineering;
• Experience in automotive industry in the Fuel/Energy testing and simulation area;
• Good knowledge in Powertrain/ Hybrid/ Electric areas;
• Experience with test equipment and sensors (temperature, pressure, flowmeter…);
• Experience with energy efficiency and vehicle performance simulation tools is a merit;
• English proficiency;
• Analytic ability focusing on problem solving;
• D/E driving license is a great advantage.

Activities:
• Plan & secure the driving performance team activities such as simulation, road testing and data analytics;
• Act as an expert in translating targets from brand to validated requirements in order to secure customer value;
• Evaluate driving performance impact of product changes especially in early project phases;
• Build complete vehicle driving performance V&V;
• Understand and define customer application (drive cycles, data analytics...);
• Evaluate risks;
• Support test engineers and technicians with instrumentation selection and setup;
• Discuss X-functionally test results;
• Present feature status along project phases;
• Connect with global counterparts to align test methods and feature improvements;
• Plan and perform competitor vehicle analysis – CVAs;
• Participate and lead Customer clinics;
• Contribute in driving performance roadmaps together with PPL, brand and product owners;
• Evaluate impact of new technologies for driving performance feature (BEV, FCEV, EURO7, H2 ICE...).
