Requisitos:
•University degree in Business, Engineering or related field;
•Experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation in a supplier/customer relationship;
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
•Good verbal and written communication skills;
•Motivated by change management and ability to drive change in a transformation industry environment;
•Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach;
•Strong team player with the ability to lead;
•Strong ownership;
•Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset;
•Multicultural experience is an asset;
•Automotive experience is a plus;
•Willingness to travel occasionally.

Atividades:
•Lead the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction;
•Negotiate QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments;
•Perform purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers;
•Make sure the segment strategy is updated / implemented through the selection of the right suppliers, and by continuously challenging supplier QDCFTSR performance by using tools and purchasing/cross functional network during production and after production for Revenue segments.
